1. Preparation

Patient health assessment and diagnostic tests. Selection of type of anesthesia.

2. Incision and access

Small incision in the testicular area. Access to the testicular sac.

3. Fluid removal

Removal of excess fluid from the testicular sac and excision of excess nuclear envelopes.

4. Closing the wound

Using sutures to close the incision.

5. Monitoring and care

Regularly monitor the patient after surgery. Provide recommendations for postoperative care.

6. Post-operative check-ups

Follow-up visit to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.

Returning to daily activity is usually possible after 3–7 days. During this time, it is recommended to avoid physical exertion and wear compression underwear.
