His professional interests focus on laparoscopic minimally invasive methods, primarily for the treatment of obesity, as well as the use of minimally invasive, including laser techniques, in treating venous diseases of the lower limbs.

He also performs surgical treatment of common conditions such as gallbladder stones, abdominal hernias, and hiatal hernias.

In 2002, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Wrocław. He initially worked at the surgical department of the hospital in Głogów, and later at the surgical department of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław.

Currently, he performs varicose vein surgeries at Optima Clinic Medical Center in Wrocław and bariatric surgeries at EuroMediCare Hospital in Wrocław.

1. Patient qualification

Assessment of the severity of varicose veins and decision on laser treatment.

2. Preparation for the procedure

Discussing the procedure, providing recommendations, and preparing the skin.

3. Local anesthesia

Administering anesthesia in the area of the incompetent vein.

4. Catheter and laser fiber insertion

Inserting the catheter through a small incision and placing the optical fiber into the vein.

5. Laser ablation

Activation of the laser, which causes the diseased vein to close.

6. Monitoring the procedure

Monitoring the ablation process using ultrasound.

7. End of procedure

Removal of the catheter and application of a pressure dressing.

8. Recommendations and control

Providing post-treatment recommendations and scheduling follow-up visits.
