Physiotherapy – movement and touch therapy
Physiotherapy is a form of treatment based on movement and manual techniques and the support of modern non-invasive procedures. Its main goal is to restore or improve mobility, reduce pain and increase the quality of life of patients. It is used both in the treatment of specific diseases and in preventive measures.
Therapy may include, among others, movement exercises, massage, joint mobilization, relaxation techniques and specialist methods supporting the regeneration of the body.
Scope of physiotherapy services
We offer specialist therapy for women and men with pelvic floor problems, including:

- urinary incontinence and urgency therapy,
- physiotherapy after urological and gynecological surgeries,
- postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain and painful menstruation therapy,

Master of Physiotherapy with a certification as a urogynecological physiotherapist, accredited by the Urogynecological Society. Graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Wrocław and the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice.
Specializes in urogynecological therapy. Has extensive experience and has completed numerous courses in urogynecological therapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation massage.

Experienced physiotherapist specializing in urology, urogynecology, and therapy for patients with spinal and musculoskeletal disorders. Holds a PhD in physiotherapy. Member of the Polish Urogynecological Society, the National Chamber of Physiotherapists, and the Polish Society of Physiotherapy.
Professionally affiliated with Optima Clinic in Wrocław, focusing on an individualized approach to each patient, precise diagnostics, identification of underlying causes, and comprehensive therapy. His specialization includes therapeutic areas related to pelvic floor muscle dysfunctions.
